At GEF, our forums are the main focus of the organization. Senior RAs lead research into a topic while Junior RAs assist in the research. They compile information and present their findings to their peers in the organization. Joining a forum team is a great way to gain some introductory research experience, improve your public speaking skills, and make connections with likeminded individuals!
